Healthy Children

I am so excited about tomorrow! I get to go to a preschool where the little boy I nanny for goes and talk about healthy snacks.  As a health coach and someone who lives with hypoglycemia I have learned the importance of pairing healthy carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables with a healthy protein.  Tomorrow we will be doing apple cupcakes.  I'm so excited about this because its simply an apple and natural peanut butter with coconut on top.  Healthy, filling, and fun! 3 things needed to satisfy a child's appetite while helping them create a healthy body and healthy mind.  Thank you for this great healthy snack...I think I'll be eating this myself too.
